Teams are scheduled one after another so the day stays straightforward for coaches and parents. Every player gets action photos and an individual portrait, and each team gets a team photo.
Every player is photographed in action: a dribble, shot, challenge or another moment that shows the child actually playing the sport.
Alongside the action images, every player gets an individual sports portrait and each squad is photographed as a complete team.
The club receives a selection for its own website, social media, press releases and club communications.
Minimum booking: 3 youth teams. Each package covers a maximum of 10 players per team. Use the VAT switch in the menu to view all amounts including or excluding VAT.

The digital package plus an A5 print for every player in a presentation folder designed for the club.
Every player receives one A5 sports print measuring 148 × 210 mm in a sturdy cardboard presentation folder. For a Club Photo Day, one design is made for the club using its colours, club name and season. The EJH Photography logo mark is included subtly in the design.
A unique photo number is printed on the back so parents can reorder prints later. If the club works with a sponsor, a small sponsor mention can also be added to the back.
The same club-folder design is used for all participating teams. Reordered prints are supplied as loose prints and do not come in a new presentation folder.
Parents can order any delivered image later as a loose print. The VAT switch in the menu also controls whether these amounts are shown including or excluding VAT.

With the Season Edition, one folder design is created for the club. All participating teams use the same look, so a different folder does not have to be produced for each team.
The photo number parents use for reorders is printed on the back.
A local sponsor can pay for all or part of the Club Photo Day. If the club wants, the sponsor can be mentioned discreetly on the back of the presentation folder.
This does not automatically give the sponsor the right to use the photographs in its own advertising. That can be arranged separately.
Each team gets a time slot for action photos, portraits and the team photo. Coaches and parents know when they are expected, and teams can follow one another without unnecessary waiting. Larger youth sections can be spread over more than one session or day.
